God is so good. He only wants the best
for us. Even when our lives look stormy, He is sure and strong. He never leaves
us alone, and He never gives up on us.
God always accepts us, even in our
darkest moments. Sometimes it is easy to feel like running away from God when
we’ve made a mistake, or are really down and might not feel worthy. God never
lets us go; He just wants us to be with Him. He made a way through Jesus so
that we could come to Him and experience restored relationship. Even if we’ve
made mistakes, God has redeemed us through Christ. We are perfect in His eyes.
In addition to this, God is always walking with us. He is teaching us; we just
have to follow Him, to be teachable and allow His Spirit to work in us. But God
will never leave us alone, and never let us down. He is a rock instead of
shifting sand. He is a solid place for
us to stand, and He won’t leave us on our own without help.
God, thank You that because I belong to
You, You will always help me. Thank you that you never leave me alone, and that
you are walking with me each day. Thank you that you have set me in a good
place, and put my feet high upon a rock. Thank you that the floods will not
overtake me, but you will protect me. Thank you that you have given me places
to go, to hide and to be with you. Places where I don’t have to be afraid. Places
and people that I am safe with. Thank You that I am safe with You.
Psalm
32:7 – You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you
surround me with shouts of deliverance.
v.
11 – Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you
upright in heart!
Isaiah
26:3-4 – You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he
trusts in you. Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD GOD is an everlasting
rock.
Even if you are facing something
difficult, God is with you. He is a good God. If you are in trouble, call out
to Him, and He will help you.
